We are really very frustrated with you. Here 'we' means the people who are driving vehicles with spectacles. 
Please do not use High beam lights during night when driving on local roads. It is very difficult for us to drive when you are using high beam . Please yar as we are all educated people please stop using high beam while driving on local roads. Consider this request as from all frustrated people.

When someone is using dipper while driving then please understand that the person is asking you to switch from high beam to low beam light .
